Who is the controller

What data I collect
- Contact form: your name, contact (email, Telegram or phone), the chosen service, budget, message, the page you sent it from and UTM tags, if the link had them.
- Direct messages: the data you send me by email, Telegram, WhatsApp or other messengers.
- Analytics: with your consent, anonymised information about how you use the site (pages, clicks, device type). See the Cookie Policy.

Who receives the data
- Cloudflare (hosting, form processing and spam protection).
- Telegram (requests from the form are delivered to me as a Telegram message).
- Google, Microsoft, Hotjar and Meta, only if you agree to analytics or marketing cookies.
Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area. Transfers rely on the EU US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
How long I keep it
Form requests and messages are kept as long as needed to answer and run the project, and then for up to 2 years for follow up, unless you ask me to delete them earlier. Analytics data is kept according to the settings of each tool, no longer than 14 months.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. If processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting what happened before. To use these rights, write to riabokini.web@gmail.com.
You can also file a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority: President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
Is giving data required
No. It is voluntary, but without a contact I can’t reply to your request.
Changes
I update this policy when the site or the tools change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
